With my contribution today to our house’s electricity bill for the month of May, my savings account has officially been cleaned out. Ouch. This means as the title implies, that I have to survive until maybe Friday (since the 10th falls on a Sunday, it’s likely that the payout will be done at the end of the week instead) on what little pocket money I have left. Which isn’t much. I might have to borrow some money from my father to tide me over until then — five hundred pesos is ideal, but I can stretch half of that in a pinch.
Nothing much to talk about this shift at work, nor did anything of note happen at home this afternoon, so I’ll just leave things at that.
