Not As Relaxing As I Hoped

Today somewhat continues the nightmare from yesterday’s shift somewhat, in that a day that’s supposed to be easy going turned out a whole lot more stressful than expected.  This is because the continuing manpower shortage for the morning shift has once again made its influence felt, in that since there are so few of us now in the morning (and because the CS team we’ve been sharing the floor with had their shifts “adjusted” three hours), that we’re taking more calls than we usually do.  This includes CS calls, which means that I’m taking in a whole lot of Walmart calls that I normally don’t even have to take in during Mondays, urgh.

I fear for tomorrow, truly I do.
