… But that’s to be expected, when I’m on CS duty for the duration of the shift. Although I definitely didn’t like doing so, until I get management off my case, I’ll have to get used to it. And boy, despite the relatively low number of CS calls I took in (less than twenty over all), it took most of my self control not to raise my voice at the stupidity of some of the callers. Ugh. It’s a good thing though that this time around, come eleven, the calls pretty much stopped.
That said, definitely not looking forward to tomorrow at this rate.
