More Pain Than The Average

The woeful decision-making by our management once again rears its ugly head again, with the announcement that, yes, we’re once again forced to shore up our Walmart rating, which meant the majority of the calls I got today were CS calls.  This left the merchant side of things mostly unattended barring one or two people, so you can imagine how unhappy I was at this development.  Then again, getting CS calls for most of the day will do that for people…

Again, it’s no wonder that I was absolutely drained once I got home.  Jumped into bed, turned on the A/C, and then everything else was out-of-sight, and out-of-mind.  Ugh.

What horrors await us tomorrow, I wonder?
