Appreciating The Downtime In-Between

Despite supposedly being on the training queue, we were pretty much hammered with calls last night.  While it was still nowhere on the level of a “normal” shift (which according to our training assistant Kooh, could go up to forty calls or more), it was still a lot for trainees like us, who were supposed to get, at most, ten in a session.  No wonder I was so happy to jump into bed once I got home from the office…

That aside, it was my usual lazy weekend, with the only unusual part of it being how my father didn’t lay out the laundry for me to wash once I got up.  Though I suppose he’s preparing that for tomorrow instead…
