Little Mistakes Make For Huge Annoyances

That was certainly annoying and embarrassing. Long story short, while I had resolved one issue during a particular call, I didn’t resolve all of it (as there was some confusion involved for both parties), and as a result the adviser had to call back… which led to one of the team having to submit a correction case as a result. It was embarrassing, and didn’t help with my standing in the team at all. Not that I had any of course, but this just worsened it. Ugh.

You know, it’s funny. As much as I tell myself that I don’t crave the attention of the other people in my team, here I am, not wanting to their opinion of me worsen even more. I’m such a hypocrite.

Anyway, new day, new shift.  The only thing I can do is try and not screw up even more before the end of the week.
