I have to admit, the zany schedule on top of the calls we’ve been receiving has rattled me a bit. I even experienced a minor meltdown at the end of yesterday’s shift, though admittedly the lack of sleep didn’t help in that regard. So much for trying to start off on the right foot.
So yeah, it’s an experience. The calls are long, and the callers surprisingly patient, but there are just some calls that I can’t seem to resolve. It gets frustrating really quickly, and this isn’t helped by the the fact that, because of the new schedule, it’s hard to get uninterrupted sleep.
Oh well, I’m going to have to get used to it quickly. This is just the first week, and we have to endure two months of this.
