It’s the end of the week again, and it’s been a bit hectic, for sure. I even had to stay late during yesterday’s shift, just to go finish “scrubbing” all those repeat calls I had during the previous month… And there were a lot of them too. Given how it was the cutoff too, everyone was a bit tense as well, but that’s kind of expected since we’re fairly keen on maintaining our good grades (for those who still had them), or do better (for those who got hit by the unfortunate mid or bottom box customer reviews).
As for myself, let’s just say that I want to end the week on a good note… And I hope I didn’t just jinx myself there with that. Tech support is rough.
