Doesn’t Feel Any Different

For the first night on the phones after our phone service training, it sure didn’t feel any different. I guess when one gets down to it, phone services comprises just a small percentage of the number of calls we get every evening. Oh well, that’s a five-hundred peso addition to my salary premium so I can’t complain.

Speaking of little annoyances at work, I’m a little miffed that they took away our call queue watcher. Maybe they don’t want us to see just how big an overflow we’re getting from customer care? Because it sure feels like it…

Oh, and my father came by early, instead of dropping by at the end of the week with the rest of the family. I guess it’s because someone has to be home to receive the package, if and when it comes.
