Feels Slightly Odd

So yes, I did spend just a bit over thirty thousand pesos worth of investments to get rid of my credit card bill. Not the best way to go about it, but the bill was gradually turning into this unstoppable monster, so it had to be done.

The bill was such an overbearing and crippling influence on my finances, that the sacrifice was merited, I think. It hurt, sure — it’s never easy letting that kind of money go in just one payment, doubly more because it took me a year and more of investing to get that much –but at least I don’t have to worry about just how much of my wages would have to go into paying it every month…

What now though? Well rebuilding my shattered savings is a good start. That and slowly re-investing in funds again. Yeah.
